Participants will be picked up from the airport and transferred to their accommodation upon arrival. This free service is provided to those enrolled in the Total Program.
Details of arrival is required to be given at least 10 days notice before the arrival day. Let us know the
- arrival date
- arrival time
- airline / train / bus company
- flight / train / bus number
- place of departure
An emergency number for late arrivals are provided in the Welcome information when enrollment is completed.
For airport pickup, please arrange your flights to the following Spanish airports depending on the program location:
Madrid programs: Barajas airport in Madrid for transfer to accommodation in Madrid.
Barcelona programs: El Prat airport in Barcelona for transfer to accommodation in Barcelona.
Marbella programs: Málaga airport for transfer to accommodation/summer camp in Marbella.
Salamanca programs: Barajas airport in Madrid for transfer to accommodation in Salamanca.
Valencia programs: Valencia airport for transfer to accommodation in Valencia.
