FEES & WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PROGRAM FEE

WLE's all-inclusive study program is designed to make your experience in Spain rewarding and memorable. The following are included in our total program fees:

Tuition Fees:
Tuition fees are included. Study materials such as prescribed textbooks (1 set) are provided according to the class level of the student.
Free Excursions:
Guided tours to major attractions of the city are held in the afternoons. Optional tours to other cities are offered but not included in the total program fee.
Meals:
Meals are included in all accommodation options except for Shared Flats. Choose between Half Board (Breakfast & Dinner) or Full Board (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner).
Accommodation:
Accommodation for the entire period of the program is included, starting the Sunday before the program and ending the Saturday after the program. Total program fees differ according to the accommodation type chosen.
Placement Test:
Placement tests are held on the first day of the course. 6 different levels with 3 sub levels in each ensure students are placed in the correct proficiency level.
'Intercambio' Language Exchange:
An excellent way to practice with native speakers and learn about Spanish customs and culture.
Free Cultural Classes & Workshops:
Held in the afternoons five hours per week. Students choose between Culture, History, Art, Literature, Radio, Press and Drama. Note: Semi-Intensive Language course does not have workshops.
Accredited Certificate:
Academic Report and Diploma with the CEELE seal is awarded upon completion of the course.
Free Airport Reception:
Transfer from Madrid Barajas Airport to accommodation included. You will be greeted upon your arrival at the airport and accompanied to your accommodation. Please provide details of arrival at least 10 days before arrival.
Welcome Pack:
Practical information about the school, Map, Guidebook and other relevant information are provided prior to departure.
Social Events:
A range of social events included.
Student ID Card:
Provided upon your arrival at school, this card entitles students to discounts.
Student Facilities & Free Internet Use:
Equipped with modern facilities including a resource library, video room and computer rooms for free use.
Visa Documentation:
Students are provided with documents for application of a visa where needed.
Registration & Enrollment:
Administrative Fees to complete enrollment procedures are included. All arrangements for accommodation are completed before arrival.
Orientation:
Held on the first day of the course, students are given a short tour of the school and its facilities.
Travel Medical Insurance:
For peace of mind, World Link Education study abroad program offer travel and medical insurance in program fees. Range of benefits such as medical expenses, emergency dental expenses, personal liability, luggage, pro rata return of the tuition fees in emergency and leisure travel insurance is included. Airline tickets to Spain:
WLE Program does NOT include travel to and from Spain.
